ST 180 Portable Water Well Drilling Rig Attentions

1. Safety inspection shall be carried out when loading and unloading the drilling rig. All parts of the drilling rig shall be complete, and the cable shall be free of electric leakage, drill pipe, drilling tool and other five damage phenomena;

2. The loading of drilling rig shall be firm, and the turning or ramp shall be slow and fixed with steel wire fixing points;

3. When entering the construction site, the rig tower shall be fixed, the area of the drilling site shall be larger than the rig base, and there shall be enough safety space around;

4. The drilling shall be carried out in strict accordance with the hole position, orientation, angle and depth, and the driller shall not change it without authorization;

5. When installing the drill pipe, check the drilling rig to ensure that the drill pipe is not blocked, bent and the screw mouth is not worn. Unqualified drill pipes are strictly prohibited;

6. When loading and unloading the drill bit, strictly prevent the pipe tongs from clamping the cemented carbide sheet, flattening the drill bit and core pipe;

7. When installing the drill pipe, the second drill pipe must be installed after the first one is installed;

8. When drilling with clean water, water supply is not allowed before drilling, and pressure drilling can be carried out only after the water returns, and sufficient flow shall be ensured. It is not allowed to dry the hole. When there is a lot of rock powder in the hole, the water volume shall be increased, the pump on time shall be extended, and the drilling can be stopped only after the hole is flushed;
